A trauma-informed group journey that works through the breath and body to support the release of stored stress and tension.

The session weaves together conscious breathwork, intuitive movement, sound, and optional consent-based touch, allowing the nervous system and deep tissues to unwind in an embodied and regulated way.

Participants are introduced to the seven belts of tension, bringing awareness to where stress is held in the body and how it can begin to release and reorganize over time.

This is a deep experiential practice. No prior experience is needed.
